RACE ™ (Right Assess Career Enabler) is SurgeForth’s Proprietary framework that offers a collaborative workspace for the Career Seekers, Career Providers and Career Enablers (such as mentors, counselors, trainers etc.) - the three primary stakeholders in any employment ecosystem.
RACE ™ facilitates critical interactions between the stakeholders in a process driven manner and in an online workspace.
The workspace enables Career Seekers to evaluate themselves on competencies required for a particular job- profile, (providing them a scientific skill-gap analysis); obtain counseling and coaching for progressing in their careers and access learning to update their capabilities.
Career Providers can leverage RACE ™ to access industry specific standards based competency models, competency dictionary, create Competency based Job Profiles and leverage the competency based learning indicators of career seekers. They can use these Job Profiles to advertise their talent requirements. They can also use the profiling system to benchmark candidacy of Career Seekers. Career Providers also have access to the Pool of Accessed Talent (PAT) that comprises of Career Seekers validated by RACE ™ and accredited by SurgeForth’s own talent management experts.
Career Enablers , including counselors/mentors, trainers and recruiters have the ability to network, connect and pursue opportunities via the collaborative platform of RACE ™.
